Aging Mastery Program – Fall 2022

The Aging Mastery Program® offers a comprehensive approach to aging well. The program combines classes with expert speakers, group discussion and goal setting to help older adults gain new skills to make small, meaningful changes in their lives. PCOA offers the program under license with the National Council on Aging (NCOA), which developed the curriculum to offer a roadmap for aging.
The Aging Mastery Program® offers 10 sessions that explore:
• Navigating Longer Lives
• Exercise and You
• Healthy Eating and Hydration
• Financial Fitness
• Advance Planning
• Healthy Relationships
• Medication Management
• Fall Prevention
Materials are provided.
Tuesdays, Sept. 13, 20, 27, Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25, Nov. 1, 8, 15 from 1:30 – 3:00 pm
Early Bird Registration fee is $89 per person if registered and paid by Tues., August 16, 2022. After August 16th, the fee is $95 per person.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, masking at PCOA facilities is recommended and encouraged for staff, volunteers, and members of the public. Masks will be available if needed at our front desks. CDC recommends people at high risk of serious illness from COVID 19 discuss when they should wear masks and other precautions with their healthcare provider. PCOA representatives will gladly put on a mask at your request. For the time being, food will not be permitted to be served indoors at our facilities. Participants at in-person event(s) will be expected to adhere to distancing and safety guidelines as provided. For small or large group settings where 6 feet of physical distance cannot be always maintained, masks will be required. Guidelines for functions held in community sites not operated by PCOA may vary.
