Reports To: CGTI Program Administrator

Hourly Rate: $18.58 per hour; 5% increase to $19.51 after six (6) months of satisfactory performance.

Schedule: 37.5 hours weekly, primarily Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Purpose: This position is responsible for providing the efficient function of daily operations, including assisting the program administrator and staff with a variety of administrative tasks and handling confidential and time sensitive materials.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Performs a broad range of administrative support tasks, including data entry, submitting approved orders and program expenses, maintaining records, documentation, and distribution lists, preparing reports, processing mail, maintaining inventory, scheduling
events, and assisting the Program Administrator and staff as needed.
• Assist in the coordination, scheduling, registration, payment collection, and reporting of the student enrollment process.
• Effectively communicate with a professional and service-oriented demeanor while working with internal and external customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with the PCOA Philanthropy and Communication’s Department to update and maintain marketing materials, social media content, and the internal webpage to increase contact between students and all Industry Partners.
• Comply and cooperate with all Federal, State, and local laws and agencies.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and three (3) years of relevant office management experience.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel) social media, Eventbrite, CRM tools and video conferencing platforms.
• Successful Level 1 fingerprint clearance and background check and central registry check.
• Possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate Degree

Physical & Environmental Factors:
• This position works in an office environment with low noise level due mostly to office equipment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, and occasionally climb or balance, squat, stoop, twist, turn, push, pull, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Hearing requirements include ability to listen and respond appropriately to conversations in person and over the phone.
