With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Judith “Judy” Clinco, a visionary leader whose work transformed caregiving and support for older adults in our community. Judy founded Catalina In-Home Services, the Caregiver Training Institute, and the Arizona Direct Caregiver Alliance, leaving a legacy of compassion, advocacy, and innovation.
"Judy’s legacy will inspire us for generations," shared W. Mark Clark, PCOA President and CEO.
