Tabling Request

PCOA is no longer accepting tabling requests for January 2025. Requests are being accepted for February 2025 through December 2025.

Do you have an event such as a community health and wellness fair, employee resource fair, or other event where you would like PCOA to staff an information table? Please fill out the Tabling Request Form below and we will contact you if we can fulfill your request. We would appreciate at least four weeks’ notice and will do our best to staff your event.
