Welcome to the Nosh & Know Series! 

At Pima Council on Aging (PCOA), we are excited to present the second season of our educational series, Nosh & Know. The series is designed for older adults, caregivers, and community members to gain valuable insights and practical tips on key aging topics, helping us maintain a high quality of life as we age.  Nosh & Know is a series of engaging and informative sessions focusing on a specific topic relevant to aging, providing expert advice, interactive discussions, and opportunities to connect with others while enjoying a light snack.

Medicare can be confusing, but understanding your options doesn’t have to be. Learn the essentials of Medicare, get clear answers to common questions, and walk away with practical knowledge to help you make informed decisions as a Medicare beneficiary. We’ll cover planning for Medicare as you get close to retirement, Medicare eligibility, and ongoing needs for those currently on Medicare. This workshop will explain how Medicare works for you.   • Seating is limited, and these sessions sell out quickly. Reserve your spot in advance.
  • Please register for only one class per session. Double-booking will not be accepted.
