Enhance Fitness at Tucson Estates!

Join in the fun of a group exercise activity and improve your overall health! For the safety and health of all attending, all participants are required to wear at least a surgical mask (N95 and KN95 are also acceptable) and adhere to PCOA social distancing guidelines.

EnhanceFitness® is developed specifically for older adults, with exercises focusing on four key areas important to your health and fitness: stretching and flexibility; low impact aerobics; strength training; and balance. You can join us no matter what your level of fitness is!

This is no average fitness class! Classes are taught by a certified fitness instructor to ensure quality assurance and safety. Your fitness instructor will measure your starting point in several key areas of strength, mobility and balance and continue to help you monitor your progress throughout your participation. The instructor will get to know you, your individual goals and challenges, and how to help you make the most of each class.

EnhanceFitness® is an evidence-based program with years of research backing it, which means it is scientifically proven to improve strength and balance, increase flexibility, boost activity levels, improve mood, and help prevent falls.
