Unsiloed Courageous Conversation # 3

“We are looking forward to sharing with you at the Conversations Beyond Silos dialogue! We at UNSILOED, believe authentic conversations about equality, diversity, and inclusion are important parts of a journey to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

We are excited about sharing both best practices and personal experiences to show you what you can personally do as a team or organization.

The session will be guided by a facilitator and dialogue guide with years of experience in helping people move from good intentions to demonstrated action in creating a more equitable and just culture for all.

Our Session Theme: A Courageous Conversation- IDEA in Action

We will be exploring how a greater awareness of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) can help us connect, share concerns and collaborate to create a more inclusive organization, while supporting and being of service to others.

Here are some key reminders as you prepare to join in:

1. Prepare to Participate :

a. with your video enabled. Being able to see each other while sharing helps to bring us all together.

b. We are not recording – Keep in mind that this is a brave space and stories are sacred.

2. Join On-time: Please arrive up to 5 minutes but – if you are a few minutes behind, come anyway – gently ease yourself into the space.

The waiting room will be open up to 5 minutes before the session begins.

Our team is honored to support you by holding space for dialog and learning. Looking forward to seeing you soon,

Team Unsiloed
