Welcome to the Nosh & Know Series!
At Pima Council on Aging (PCOA), we are excited to present the second season of our educational series, Nosh & Know. The series is designed for older adults, caregivers, and community members to gain valuable insights and practical tips on key aging topics, helping us maintain a high quality of life as we age. Nosh & Know is a series of engaging and informative sessions focusing on a specific topic relevant to aging, providing expert advice, interactive discussions, and opportunities to connect with others— while enjoying a light snack.
