We offer group and one on one exercise training for older adults looking to maintain their physical health and mobility. We specialize in helping older adults overcome injuries, cognitive conditions like Parkinson’s Disease, and other forms of dementia, stroke, fall risk, sciatica, and postural imbalances. All services are provided at home for the convenience of our clients.
