Complimentary fitness consultation, all personal training services are on a pre-paid basis. Prices are as low as $25 per (half hour) session with the purchase of a large package. Full hour and half hour sessions are available. Sessions are priced at $50-60/hour based on the size of the package.

The outdoor, covered Recreation Pool provides a variety of fitness classes, lap swimming, and open swim times to enjoy the walking channel and play features in the zero-depth area. The indoor, warm water Therapy Pool provides individuals with disabilities an opportunity to experience benefits, including increased range of motion and flexibility, relief of pain due to arthritis or other conditions, and overall relaxation.
