Numerous attorneys, community resources, and firms offer access to legal services to help you or your loved one through a variety of situations. Low- and reduced-cost legal services may also be available for financially eligible persons. Attorneys work with people to provide legal guidance and offer solutions. If you choose to contact an attorney regarding legal issues, please do not email personally identifiable information to the attorney before speaking with him or her and confirming that the information will remain confidential.

Emergency Eviction Legal Services Program (EELS)

If you are facing an eviction and have received a notice from your landlord, We may be able to help. You may be entitled to Free legal services. Pima County's Emergency Eviction Legal Services Program (EELS can ensure you know your rights and be your advocate.
Who Is Eligible?
Navigation services are available to all tenants or landlords involved in eviction cases in Pima County. If you are a tenant and your income is below 80% of the area median income, you also qualify for access to an attorney for free.
