QUILT Modest Means Program

A community service program sponsored by the Pima County Bar Association is designed to help those who earn too much to qualify for free legal services but not enough to afford standard legal fees. Legal areas served are DUI, general civil litigation, landlord/tenant, divorce (with or without children), foreclosures, and guardianship. Client eligibility guidelines and the attorney fee schedule can be viewed at www.pimacountybar.org (click on QUILT), or call the Lawyer Referral Service to determine whether or not you qualify.
