I do a lot of general notary work. I go to people at home or in hospitals or nursing homes. Sometimes they have serious health problems and can't sign or can't speak or they have expired ID. There are solutions to any type of signing problem as long as the signer can communicate to me in some way that they know what they are signing and are signing voluntarily. Documents common in general notary work are estate documents such as wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and living wills, or they may have banking, pension, deed, authorizations, affidavits and other documents.
I am also a certified loan signing agent (real estate documents) with over 1000 loan signings. For loan signings I show you how to fill out the documents, answer questions about the purpose of the document, and make sure it's all filled out correctly. I can also ship the documents for you.

For general notary work each notarial act is $10. Arizona notarial acts are acknowledgment, jurat, oath and copy certification. If you come to me there is no other charge. If I go to you there is a travel fee depending on distance. Loan signings include other services and are priced as a package. If there is other work such as arranging for one or two witnesses, shipping documents, recording documents, printing or scanning copies, etc. there is an extra charge depending on what needs to be done, the distance, and the time involved. Call and tell me what you need done and I will be glad to help you.

This field office serves all of Pima County, as well as Cochise, Graham, Pinal, and Santa Cruz counties.
