Counseling/Mental Health
There are a myriad of ways to get support for your counseling or mental health needs. Though there are many private pay options, non-profit organizations and businesses can offer counseling and mental health services at low to no cost, as well. You can participate in counseling and mental health opportunities in a variety of ways including calling a crisis line, attending a support group, or participating in individual and/or family counseling.

CODAC provides a complete integrated care continuum for adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and trauma. CODAC's primary care providers, psychiatrists, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, and other wellness providers work together to treat the whole person in one convenient location. CODAC has multiple locations and same-day intakes and offers services in-person and via telephone or video conferencing. The CUP Clinics provide various free services to uninsured patients in the Tucson area. The clinics are run by the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Tucson medical students who provide care under volunteer physicians' supervision. We serve patients who have no other healthcare source, and as such, we do not accept patients with health insurance coverage.
We currently have MIND Clinic (Psychiatry) on Monday evenings, Shubitz Family Clinic on Tuesday evenings, Women's Clinic on 2-3 Wednesday evenings per month, Integrative Medicine Clinic on the first Thursday evening of the month, and Tot Shots Vaccine Clinic on the 2nd and 4th Saturday mornings of the month. Depending on the week, the clinics will either be telehealth or in-person. See clinic website for individual clinic contact phone numbers.
