There are a myriad of ways to get support for your counseling or mental health needs. Though there are many private pay options, non-profit organizations and businesses can offer counseling and mental health services at low to no cost, as well. You can participate in counseling and mental health opportunities in a variety of ways including calling a crisis line, attending a support group, or participating in individual and/or family counseling.

The Parkinson's Support Group offers emotional support, fun, and friendship to individuals with Parkinson's and their care partners. We encourage members to stay Mentally Stimulated, Physically Active, Socially Connected. Join us at the Parkinson's Activity Center (PAC) located at 555 N La Canada, Suite 127, in Green Valley (enter from the north side of the building). Hours are M, T & F from 1-3:30 pm. Register online at gvparkinsons.org. Most activities are FREE.

Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy, methadone/suboxone maintenance, psychiatric evaluation, and medication follow-up. CSP also offers crisis evaluations for emergencies.
PYTBHP Tucson contracts with the State of Arizona as a Tribal Regional Behavioral Health Authority or TRBHA; we can offer subcontractors a wide range of behavioral health services. These services include emergency hospitalizations, partial care, and residential treatment centers.
CARF International (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited our programs. CARF is an agency that provides high-quality services that meet clients’ needs. CARF also monitors CSP to ensure we provide the best possible services to our clients. We also receive funding from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)

The Pima County Health Department is dedicated to helping Pima County residents achieve and maintain an optimal level of wellness. Services provided include vaccines, birth, and death certificates, and preventive health programs such as chronic disease management and support, blood pressure screening/support, suicide prevention programs, and other support to address addiction and the mental health needs of adults and youth.
