In addition to meals, the center may offer recreational, educational, and healthy living programs. You must register in advance to attend. Call the center manager for more information or to register. The Learning Curve was founded in 2002 and offers a wide selection of arts and humanities classes. Topics include art history, music, literature, history, anthropology, writing, and more. Classes are taught by scholars from the University of Arizona, those from other universities, and others who are experts in their field. All classes are currently offered virtually through on-demand video presentations. Participants will need a computer and high-speed internet service.

Tucson Society of the Blind (TSB) provides social, educational, and recreational programs. TSB provides visually impaired seniors with resources and emotional support. TSB meets on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Christ Presbyterian Church, 6565 E. Broadway. TSB has weekly programs with guest speakers, luncheons, and field trips.
