EnhanceFitness® is a one-hour exercise class held three times a week at various times and community locations. The class focus on increasing your strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility and is lead by a certified fitness instructor.

In addition to meals, the center may offer recreational, educational, and healthy living programs. You must register in advance to attend. Call the center manager for more information or to register. The Learning Curve was founded in 2002 and offers a wide selection of arts and humanities classes. Topics include art history, music, literature, history, anthropology, writing, and more. Classes are taught by scholars from the University of Arizona, those from other universities, and others who are experts in their field.
