Katie Dusenberry Healthy Aging Center
600 S. Country Club Rd.

Beth Smith will review the basics of wills and trusts and point out some common but incorrect assumptions. Arizona recently revised its probate avoidance statutes, making things easier for those with small estates. Participants will learn how they can adjust their estate plans when circumstances change, for the better or worse. Questions are welcome, and Beth will offer some scenarios that could disrupt the best-laid plans.
Ms. Smith has been practicing law since 1995 in the areas of estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship, and elder law. She has volunteered with Pima Council on Aging since the late 1990s and served on the Board of Directors for the past nine years. Learn more & register.
