The Evolve Resale Store & Job Training program (Evolve) is a 6-week employment training program building opportunities for adults in recovery from mental illness and substance misuse. The resale store is the driving force of the program. We rely on donations from the community and businesses to continue to fund Evolve.

Members enrolled in COPE’s Evolve Program will work with job coaches to learn all aspects of operating a retail store and managing a warehouse. This Work Adjustment Training aims for members to obtain the skills needed to seek employment with partnering businesses or secure other available potential placements. Individuals enrolled in a Medicaid plan and have a Serious Mental illness (SMI) designation qualify for this program. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING PROGRAM, CONTACT CRYSTAL ROSENBERGER AT (520) 498-3900

Evolve will accept donations of new and gently used products, but there is no limit to the size of the contributions accepted; we can easily find a use for one box of samples or an entire truckload of merchandise. Donated products must be in working condition or require minimal refurbishing (subject to inspection and approval).

Donations can be dropped off at our location, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm.
