Services are available by phone, online, and face-to-face.

The Pima County Community Land Trust (PCCLT) is a nonprofit, community-based organization committed to developing permanently affordable housing, promoting community revitalization, and providing programs and services that help low-income families achieve, preserve, and sustain housing.
*Housing Counseling:
PCCLT empowers families long-term through programs that provide pre-purchase, homeowner, mortgage, and rental default counseling; Homebuyer financial education; referrals, resources, and relationship building.
*Sale/Resale of Homes:
PCCLT builds, sells, and helps homeowners resell their homes under the Community Land Trust model to households who earn between 50-80% AMI. PCCLT retains title to the land under the affordable house and enters into a 99-year ground lease, allowing the program to recycle the Public subsidies for the benefit of future homeowners.
*Affordable Rentals:
PCCLT has 31 affordable rental units
*Monetary Assistance:
PCCLT has access to funds to help homebuyers with Down Payment Assistance AND Homeowners with Mortgage Default Financial Assistance.

PCCLT financial coaches provide expertise and guidance to you as you set and work towards your financial goals. We will help you assess your financial situation and make a realistic plan for progress. Once we have drafted an action plan with you, we will provide you with ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability. We will also provide you with the tools you need to make informed decisions along the way.

PCCLT offers confidential, low-cost credit counseling. Our specially trained counselors help you understand your credit rating and make a plan to improve your credit score and credit-worthiness.
We provide your credit scores and a Tri-Merge credit report—an easy-to-read report from Equifax, Experian, and Transunion—that combines information about all of your credit accounts in one place.
The cost for your credit report and credit analysis is $30.50.

$495 covers assistance with family budgeting and planning to assist them in obtaining either a rental or mortgage. We will also offer credit education, starting with what the credit bureaus view as risky. We teach them to get out of the "risky" box and onto the right path. We hold their hand through the process from beginning to end.
