Counseling/Mental Health
There are a myriad of ways to get support for your counseling or mental health needs. Though there are many private pay options, non-profit organizations and businesses can offer counseling and mental health services at low to no cost, as well. You can participate in counseling and mental health opportunities in a variety of ways including calling a crisis line, attending a support group, or participating in individual and/or family counseling.

We offer professional mental health counseling services for adults, children, and families — delivered both in-person and via telehealth (video or telephone).
Our therapists are highly skilled in supporting older adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns. We accept Medicare Part B, select Medicare Advantage plans, AHCCCS, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We will also began accepting Tricare in Summer 2026.
