Multiple organizations in town can help you to complete your taxes, answer questions regarding your taxes, and/or assist with the IRS. Many programs have multiple locations and varying times.

Catholic Community Services - Pio Decimo Center provides volunteer income tax assistance to low-income older adults. Pio Decimo is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency that offers mortgage counseling, including pre-purchase and default resolution. We also offer Services for older refugees through the SORP program, which supports obtaining citizenship for refugees 65 and older.

PCOA assists older adults who own their home or rent to complete the PTC 140 property tax credit forms. The Property Tax Credit (PTC 140) is for individuals 65 or older with a limited income or individuals 60 and older who receive SSI". Forms must be submitted to the Arizona Department of Revenue by the federal tax deadline. Call for an appointment during the tax season.
