PCOA assists older adults who own their home or rent to complete the PTC 140 property tax credit forms. The Property Tax Credit (PTC 140) is for individuals 65 or older with a limited income or individuals 60 and older who receive SSI". Forms must be submitted to the Arizona Department of Revenue by the federal tax deadline. Call for an appointment during the tax season.
