For more than 40 years, FCA has provided services to family caregivers of adults with physical and cognitive impairments, such as Parkinson’s, stroke, Alzheimer’s, and other types of dementia. We offer free online resources, such as fact sheets about caregiving and self-care, events, and webinars. Ongoing support is available with FCA CareNav, a digital service platform. FCA is a longtime advocate for caregivers in policy, health and social system development, research, and public awareness, on the state, national and international levels.

Life and Work Connections provides free, confidential wellness assistance to the staff and faculty of the University of Arizona. The dependent care specialist at Life and Work Connections assists our university caregivers of adults and elders through consultations and individualized care plans unique to comprehensive challenges. Care plans include navigation of resources, such as support and diagnosis-specific aid. Dependent care specialist services help employees, and their loved ones uphold legal, financial, and end-of-life wishes in caregiving plans. Dependent care services are offered to students and benefits-eligible staff and faculty.
Life and Work Connections offers various services to address wellness and work-life balance. This includes mental health support, physical health, nutrition, and legal and financial services. Services include individual consultations, workshops, training sessions, and articles on various health and well-being topics.
