We offer two locations with group and private classes to address various limitations and disabilities. Sessions are held in a saltwater pool that is 91 degrees and ranges in depth from 3 – 5.5 feet. This program is the only activity at the pool during scheduled classes. The maximum group class size is 8. This is a private pay service. We do not accept insurance. Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports (SAAS) provides fitness & wellness activities and recreational and competitive sports opportunities for people with physical disabilities. SAAS offers wheelchair basketball, tennis, and softball, plus wheelchair fitness and skills classes through a partnership with the City of Tucson Therapeutic Recreation. SAAS has a fleet of handcycles, and recumbent trikes loaned to people and available at regular group rides along The Loop. SAAS has a peer mentoring program matching newly injured with peers who have lived experience with paralysis, limb loss, and other disabilities. SAAS CARES Project Renew the wheelchair refurbishing program collects donated wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and mobility scooters for refurbishing and redistribution to people in need.

With experts in many fields, TMC for Seniors provides health and wellness lectures, support groups for chronic health issues, and socialization activities such as a book club and art workshops for independent,

The Marana Senior Program offers various services and recreation opportunities for active adults ages 50 plus. Member benefits include easy registration to Parks and Recreation Programs, including Senior-specific offerings such as day trips and Bunco. Membership provides exercise classes, a fitness center, table games, arts and crafts, social settings and parties, etc. The Marana Senior Program works with outside entities such as the Northwest Fire Department, Marana Food Bank, and Medicare representatives to provide information to Members.

We specialize in helping older adults overcome injuries, cognitive conditions like Parkinson’s Disease, and other forms of dementia, stroke, fall risk, sciatica, and postural imbalances. All services are provided at home for the convenience of our clients.
