The Tucson-based company accepts whole-body donations. We may or may not take bodies that have been used for organ donation. If requested, cremated remains are returned to loved ones within a few weeks of death. All the costs of donation, including cremation after use, are paid for by SWIBA. A weekly bereavement support group for individuals experiencing the loss of a loved one by death. This is a safe place to share thoughts and feelings with others who care and understand the journey of grief—no set curriculum. New participants are welcome anytime, a community service sponsored by Sunrise Chapel. The group meets on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm in person. No online component is offered at this time.
