H.E.L.P. provides free and reduced-fee legal care to those with a terminal illness. We understand legal issues can directly impact health and quality of life for everyone involved with a terminal illness. We provide legal care to those who usually may not have access to legal care.

We assist with public benefits such as if you are having difficulties with Social Security Disability, Medicare, or issues with A.L.T.C.S.

Legal Planning, we can help establish health care directives, guardianships, wills, or powers of attorney.

Housing, if you are facing an eviction or foreclosure due to terminal illness or your caretakers.

If you are having trouble with your health insurance carrier, insurance coverage, or long or short-term disability.

Employment, if you are being denied or limited on your rights to FMLA? Are you facing ADA/MHRA discrimination? Our attorneys can provide the legal support you need.

Financial, has your illness brought you or supported person creditor issues, or are you now facing bankruptcy? We can provide legal support for your financial crisis.

Through the United Way of Tucson, ICS provides free tax preparation for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes. In addition to this free tax preparation assistance, participants receive help to determine their eligibility for the Earned Income Tax Credit and ensure they get the full tax refund for which they qualify. • VITA is currently being offered by appointment only on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
