Clínica Amistad is a free health clinic that opened in 2003, serving Tucson’s low-income, uninsured community. The clinic is a project of Amistad y Salud, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
Our Mission
To provide free primary health care, preventive services, and education to those in need and without access to health care throughout the greater Tucson area.
Our Vision
To operate an innovative health center that improves and maintains the health and well-being of the most vulnerable members of our community through a continuum of care that includes on-site services and selective referrals.

COPE Community Services, Inc. (COPE) is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization. COPE creates pathways to better health by offering innovative solutions for behavioral and physical healthcare, wellness, and recovery to individuals and families. COPE offers comprehensive programs, specialty services, resources, and support to address general mental health and substance abuse issues, serious mental illness, physical healthcare, and wellness concerns. COPE utilizes an integrated healthcare approach that takes into consideration the body, mind, and spirit connection. COPE receives funding from the City of Tucson Housing Department, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and from AHCCCS through the following Managed Care Organizations: Arizona Complete Health, United Healthcare, and Banner University Health Plan
