Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) is a health and wellness facility providing physical rehabilitation, group fitness classes, and educational support for people with Parkinson's disease and their care partners. We also offer virtual exercise programs for those that cannot come to the PWR! Gym in Tucson. At PWR!, your care is overseen by experts in Parkinson's and is tailored to help you maximize your function so that you can continue doing what you want. PWR! is also a national leader in developing Parkinson-specific therapy and exercise programs. Health professionals can inquire about how to receive training to help those with Parkinson's disease.

The Parkinson's Support Group offers emotional support, fun, and friendship to individuals with Parkinson's and their care partners. We encourage members to stay Mentally Stimulated, Physically Active, Socially Connected. Join us at the Parkinson's Activity Center (PAC) located at 555 N La Canada, Suite 127, in Green Valley (enter from the north side of the building). Hours are M, T & F from 1-3:30 pm. Register online at gvparkinsons.org. Most activities are FREE.
