Old Pueblo is a TPCH Coordinated Entry Homeless Assistance Access Point where anyone homeless or close to homeless can complete a VI-SPDAT homelessness assessment survey. Those in the greatest need are given priority and may be referred to as one of several participating agencies for housing. Entrance to OPCS Veterans Programs may require a referral from the Tucson VA Homeless Clinic. OPCS Reentry Recovery Program accepts applications from the Arizona State Prison Complexes and referrals from parole officers, probation officers, and other legal entities.
