descriptionPima County launched its transition center program in late June 2023, an effort operated by the Department of Justice Services, to connect people being released from the County jail with the resources they need. It is staffed with Justice Navigators who can assist with a wide range of services, such as referrals to housing, treatment, transportation, warrant resolution, etc. They are equipped to handle real-time referrals to services. Transition Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to midnight.
