Our current platform is online auctions, which have proven to realize more profit for our clients than in-person sales. The first step in hiring us is to call or email us to set up an introductory appointment at the location where the items to be sold are located. We charge 40% of the gross of the sale for our services. Our clients receive a check for 60% of the gross of the sale. We pay for all costs, advertising, credit card fees, sit up costs, and appraisals if needed. There is no out of pocket charge to our clients and no hidden charges.
