The HOPE (Hoarding Disorder education to learn how to Organize, Purge, and End the cycle) Workshop is a facilitated self-help ten-week workshop for people struggling with hoarding behaviors. The goal is to help participants learn to manage their hoarding behaviors, learn skills to reduce their clutter, and, most importantly, discover they are not alone.
